Great place to say we loved almost everything about it. Our spacious room had an ocean view, AC, tv, and a fridge. It was super relaxing hanging out at the pool area. Free breakfast across the street was delicious and had great beach view. Sunsets from here were beautiful. Location is great and close to lots of shops and restaurants. You can watch huge waves and surfers on beach across the street. The only downside was super loud music from club across street from 9:30 pm to 2:00am. We used earplugs and got an ok sleep. If you get a room facing street side bring ear plugs. But we still loved this place and hope to come back one day
The staff was very welcoming and the room was super clean. We were surprised at the free amenities like having breakfast included and beach towel rental. Note the breakfast was at their partner restaurant across the street which offered an amazing view and food was yummy! They also addressed the potential issue with noise from the clubs since we had an ocean viewing room, but with the a.c. and given the fact we were tired, we slept just fine. Overall great place and we had a pleasant surprise of being able to see the carnival from our balcony!
Very Good located, but unbelievable Loud until 2 am with thee Bars and clubs around.. Our wooden Roof of the Room amplifies the Bass Sounds .. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the breakfast at the beach restaurant was amazing.
Loved the place so much, alfanzo was great (he works night shift at the restaurant), the service is wonderful, the food was great and the people were super welcoming. The cleajng ladies did a wonderful job cleaning everyday. The location was great :)
The staff is great, especially Brisa and William. The rooms could use more than just one towel hook as well as folding luggage stands. The pools are nice, especially at night. What’s not to like? Loud music from the beach bars until 2 or 3 in the morning. Very loud music with lots of bass that penetrates double windows!
Great spot! My friend and I stayed here for 4 days and loved it. The breakfast was amazing. It was included in the price of our room and we could order from the hotel restaurant or the beach front restaurant. The chilaquiles was amazing. Along with their coffee-delish. Rooms are simple, clean and has great air con. We loved the two pools and the rooftop lounge area.
We stayed for a week. All was great! No luxury but clean and comfortable. Front desk and room cleaning lady were nice. Beach there isn't for kids, most beaches around aren't. Waves are huge but they are beautiful to watch.
Location was great food was amazing but service was outstanding! I highly recommend doing the tours with tours jimmy, best experience. Will definitely come back
